the neverending weekend

It is now 2359 on Sun night.
It is alarming when the weekend flies past and Mon charges at you at the full impact speed of 1hr per hr. i've never disliked Mondays this much... in fact, i used to like it becos it signified a brand new work week for me to clear the tasks at hand...

But of late, Mondays have grown detestable... Work is turning into a chore and a strain.. Jus the other day, Sijia agreed wholeheartedly when i passingly commented that i seem to like my work less... Perhaps, i'm suffering from my 'quarter-life crisis' too?

Many strange things are happening. i can't seem to find meaning in the weekdays so i seek refuge in the weekend. What a strange, bleak, melancholic mood i am in... i think it's one of those days...

Sis: You sure she's in Tang Xin Feng Bao?
JH: No leh, apparently i just get more work... =|

Update

Well, more than one person has commented about the lack of updates.

The reason is really fatigue. Everyday i come home half-awake and the only thing i really want to do is collapse somewhere and sleep. More than once i didn't make it to the bed. There were in fact at times when i felt like just sleeping at the bus-stop where i was waiting for the bus...

So anyway, here's an update of sorts. The test i was talking abt is actually THE test of my course, which ended on Tue. The good news is: i am officially the Top Student of the 25th Weapons Officer Course! =D The bad news is: i'm going back to ship and the lousy shipboard routine, which is made doubly sad becos of how fun the course was...

Driving test has been booked on 13 Dec 08. i do hope i get to go for this one and pass it too, though i'm once again running low on time available for lessons.

So between church, work and driving, it's also the season of attending weddings.. Just back from Huaqiang's wedding rehearsal. Tired! Going to collapse soon.. but before i forget, something which i tried to find out to no avail: Who is the girl in the Bio-Essence Tanaka White advert ah?
