Disappointment

[0715h] Leaving the house early and happy for my test at Changi.

[0745h] Standing at the bus-stop, being disappointed by the SG public transport syst.

it's like everywhere i stay, i say bad things abt the transport system... London's system is good cos i know exactly how long to wait but the service is terrible. SG's service is good but impatience kills me.

i think i need a car.

A Rainy Day and a Monday

i was reading my old blog entries and i felt that for a brief moment, i was back in the good old days at the LSE where cares are less and the weather is nice... it made me realise that more important than my desire to blog to amuse others, is the need to blog to journal my own life...

7 days

i ran into JJ onboard ship jus now and one of the first things he said was: "7 more days!"

Will this year bring anything new? i shall eagerly anticipate.. =)

Jus got back frm one sailing this afternoon, going away for another one tomorrow...
and u wonder why i dont hav time to blog... =)

Inflation

i went to buy some of those 'U-type' clear plastic folders for work presentation and was delighted to find that they still cost a very affordable 50cents each, the same price as when i bought them in primary school...

Way to go BIG Bookshop!
who says prices need to go up.
